We would love to host your wedding. The availability calendar is up to date and can be used to determine possible event days.
You can create virtually any package you want using the spreadsheet above. You can change the date, number of people (1-200), or the values selected in the the highlighted cells of the spreadsheet and get an immediate updated estimate.
Every wedding we do is unique. Our pricing allows for customization so that you may create that one of a kind affair at a price that is definite and very reasonable. The estimate includes most everything you should need from your wedding venue with the exception of your officiant, photographer, beer and wine, and wedding cake. Please follow the instructions in the estimator application to make changes.

Included in this estimate is a wedding and reception with a dinner and appetizers, a wedding coordinator to help you with your plans for Four Oaks Manor, decorations, and more. You may adjust the quantities in the worksheet to see what works best for you. You can add things like a chocolate fountain, tents, Fire Pit, etc, if you like. Prices for different sample meal options are included in the file. You can change the price for the meal in the wedding estimate to match the meal option you prefer by clicking on the food cells. If you have a specific menu in mind just let me know so I can get a price from the chef.
Four Oaks can accommodate up to 200 people for a simple ceremony or a more formal affair. We also provide elegant bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and brunches. The facility can be rented for different time periods. Current prices are provided in your estimate. A $6,000 minimum charge (not including the floral budget) applies to Saturday evening events.
We provide a rehearsal for all weddings, when requested, at no additional cost, but rehearsal dates and times must work with the schedule for previous events.
On the wedding day, depending on availability and the wedding time, most brides arrive early and have their hair and makeup done here with pre-wedding staged photos finished well in advance of the wedding and reception. There is no additional charge for pre-ceremony time for up to four hours before the planned start time or after 2 p.m for evening weddings, whichever comes later. Four hours is normally enough time for the actual wedding and reception. The "length of the event" scheduled in the estimate begins when the wedding is scheduled to start. Your wedding guests should leave within fifteen minutes after the time scheduled for your departure or 11:00 PM, whichever comes first. If additional time is needed after the allowed ceremony and reception time, it should be arranged in advance so that we can plan for proper staffing.
We ask that handicapped guests park in the front driveway. Access to the house and grounds for handicapped guests is provided through the Carriage House. All other guests should park in the back parking lot accessed via the driveway about 300 feet East of the front driveway.
The payment requirements are also included in the estimate and should adjust automatically if you change the quantities as mentioned above.
The price includes an event coordinator to assist you with two planning meetings one to three months before your wedding and reception. She will coordinate your rehearsal, wedding, and reception.
Your reception estimate includes buffet tables, all serving pieces needed, glass plates and water glasses. Also included is rental of the minimum table linens needed for your event. You may use our sound system during your event which provides music to the entire area. We can assist you with creating playlists of the exact music you want for your event.
The estimate provides for the creation of centerpieces and decorations for the aisle, and altar, using fabrics, tulle, lanterns, ferns, stands, candelabras, tables, Sheppard’s hooks, etc to create the look you want in the colors and theme you chose for your wedding for the number of tables recommended using real flowers. It is only an estimate and may be adjusted based on the selection of flowers and decorations needed to create the look you want.
We can also help you with selecting an officiant, a professional photographer, and baker.
Directions to Four Oaks Manor from I-85 North: Take the Hamilton Mill Rd Exit #120. Turn left. Go 1 1/2 miles. You will pass three subdivisions on your right. As you pass the third, North Gwinnett Estates or "NGE", you will see our driveway leading to the back for event parking on the left. It has a white stockade fence. The Front driveway is just past the farmhouse and the Four Oaks Manor sign.
The mail post at the farmhouse driveway has the address "3198" on it.
If you get to the Kroger at Ridge Road, you have gone too far. Turn around and Four Oaks Manor will be the fourth driveway on your right, parking for events will be the fifth driveway on your right.
