Four Oaks Manor requires the use of our own exclusive, in-house catering. Our catering team has several decades of experience and loves creating unique and flavorful menus that leave couples and their guests fully satisfied.
Every Four Oaks couple has the opportunity to attend a tasting at the venue prior to their wedding to get a comprehensive sampling of our menu. The tasting costs $40 a person and is limited to two guests per party. It is a great opportunity to see the venue again and talk with our team members. Our coordinators will also be able to help walk couples through choosing their menu, as well as answer any questions. We can also accommodate for any known dietary restrictions. If you have any guests with restrictions or allergies, we strive to make sure they are still well taken care of.

Meet Our Chefs
Chef Craig’s experience and knowledge of cuisine has made him our primary caterer for all our weddings and events. He began working in the restaurant industry over 45 years ago and considers it his passion. Of all the places he has worked as a chef, his favorite thus far has been Four Oaks Manor. He has worked for Four Oaks Manor since the summer of 2012, and his favorite part about working at our venue is the diverse menus that he is able to create for our couples. He enjoys the challenge of exceeding customers’ expectations. His goal for each event is to execute a meal that leaves guests feeling as if it were cooked to order in a restaurant. Chef Craig aspires to make a meal that not only leaves the couple happy, but all their guests happy as well.
Chef Jeremy is a second-generation chef with family connections to Chef Craig. His mother was Chef Craig’s sous chef for years while he was growing up. Following in his mother’s footsteps, Chef Jeremy decided to pursue a career in the food industry, which has now spanned over 15 years. Prior to joining Four Oaks Manor in early 2022, he worked at two James Beard nominated kitchens and worked in fine dining in Billings, Montana. With such experience and training in culinary school, Chef Jeremy has become an essential partner with Chef Craig. He enjoys being adventurous and using the knowledge he has gained over the years to grow and improve Four Oaks Manor’s menu and culinary experience.
