Congratulations! You’re engaged! One of the first things many couples do after getting engaged is hosting an engagement party. If you’re throwing a party for yourselves (or if you’re the friend in charge of putting a party together), then here are four engagement party ideas to help you get the celebration started! His & Hers ‘His and hers’ signature drinks are a popular beverage option for weddings, so why not take this trend and turn it into a party? Serve each of your favorite foods, whether it’s just appetizers or full meal options. Set up a bar with both of your signature drinks. Decorate a photo booth that’s half black and half white. You know yourselves best, so have fun coming up with more ‘His & Hers’ ideas. Champagne Your significant other ‘popped’ the question, so now it’s time to pop some champagne and celebrate! Incorporate various shades of champagne for your color scheme. Decorate with champagne-shaped balloons. Guests can help themselves to champagne, whether from a stand you could reuse for your wedding or on a bar cart which you can reuse to decorate your home together. Brunch Brunch is all the rage right now. Ditch the normal nighttime affair for a brunch engagement party. Set up a fun mimosa bar with various drinks and fruits. Put a table together displaying all your favorite brunch foods, from an arrangement of bagels and cream cheese to cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit. Love Throw a love-themed engagement party because love is what it’s all about, right? This can be as subtle or Valentine’s-esque as you want. Decorate with reds, pinks, whites, and champagne. Have a fun dessert bar with red velvet truffles, heart-shaped chocolates, and chocolate-covered strawberries. Let us know if you try any of these ideas in the comments below, or tag us on Instagram. I love this one - I've been looking for posts like these for a while and yours came up at the right time! I only have balloons so far in our party supplies so this is a dire need! I want to share a company that provides high-quality balloon selection. "Balloon Elegance". https://balloonelegancesydney.com.au Not only do they have all the balloons perfect for any occasion, they got such a fast balloon delivery service! Thanks again!

I love that you talked about using champagne-shaped balloons to decorate the place where we will have the bachelorette party. This is a great idea when we surprise my best friend now that she is engaged. It would be helpful to hire professionals to achieve that kind of balloon bouquet decorations for the venue we are booking here in Miami, Florida, so we can focus on other things instead for the day.
