Pricing Our estimate includes several amenities that many other venues do not. Included are a coordinator, an officiant, setup, cleanup, appetizers, and buffet, among many others. We have a ceremony and reception site – meaning you and your guests don't have to travel between sites – and a well-equipped staff that will make sure your event runs seamlessly. Every wedding we do is unique. Our pricing allows for customization so that you may create that one-of-a-kind affair at a price that is very reasonable. We do not believe in nickel and diming people which is why we are upfront with what's included in your package. We know weddings are expensive, and we offer a beautiful venue at an affordable cost so that you aren’t overwhelmed. The estimate includes most everything you should need from your wedding venue with the exception of your photographer, wedding cake, and florals. Even though we do not provide these services ourselves, we have partnerships with vendors in all of these categories, many of whom will give you a discount when you go through us. We can help you select the best vendors in the North Georgia area. Alcohol & Bar Services We allow you to bring in your own beer and wine for our outdoor bar area, but we do require you to have a one-day event liability insurance if you choose to provide alcohol at your wedding. If you don't know how to go about getting the insurance, don't worry! We help you through that process as well. We have coolers to keep everything chilled for your guests, plus a white wine bath for the day of your wedding. Our servers will make sure that the smaller coolers are stocked and ready for your guests to take whatever drink bests suites their taste buds at that moment. Rental Four Oaks can accommodate up to 200 people for a simple ceremony or a more formal affair. We also provide elegant bridal luncheons, rehearsal dinners, and brunches. The facility can be rented for different time periods. We also provide a rehearsal for your wedding at no additional cost that is scheduled ahead of time with our wedding coordinator. On their wedding day, most brides arrive early and have their hair and makeup done in our bridal suite. They often use the time before the ceremony to get their pre-wedding photos finished. With a standard package, couples and their wedding parties are given access to our getting-ready suites four hours prior to their wedding, which also lasts four hours, adding up to eight hours total. Four hours is normally enough time for the actual wedding and reception, but you may add on additional hours if you choose. Coordination Services The price includes an event coordinator to assist you with three planning meetings beginning three months prior your wedding and reception. She will coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. She will be there for you through the entire process to make sure the venue is setup exactly how you imagine it. She also makes sure your event runs flawlessly and directs the entire event from start to finish. You can enjoy your day knowing that we have everything under control. Reception Your reception estimate includes tables, white chairs, all serving pieces needed, glass and china plates, water glasses, and wine glasses. Also included is rental of the table linens needed for your event. We offer black or white table cloths, several napkin options, and rectangle or round tables. We also have dozens of different-colored runners available to choose from for your reception tables, including champagne, dusty blue, burgundy, and even burlap and lace. We set it up however you request it. You may also use our sound system during your event, playing your own reception playlist throughout our entire gardens. We can assist you with creating playlists of the exact music you want for your event, or refer you to DJs in the area. We have several other decorations that you may use including lanterns, mason jars, wood slices, shepherd’s hooks, vases, and hand-designed chalkboards and mirrors to create the look you want in the colors and theme you choose for your wedding. Our preferred florist will also help guide you through designing your altar, ceremony aisle, and reception centerpieces if you choose to use them. Our Carriage House will accommodate up to 100 people for a ceremony, or up to 50 for an indoor dinner. It also serves as an indoor dance floor for an outdoor reception. We also have tents and heaters if needed. We pride ourselves in being a stress-free venue. We love what we do and we accommodate to the best of our ability every couple that walks through our doors.
