Four Oaks Manor is a charming wedding and event venue located in Buford, Georgia. It boasts a luscious outdoor garden teeming with life and greenery, as well as a historic farmhouse built over 100 years ago. But besides our space, what else can you expect from our venue? Keep reading to learn all that is included when you book with us! Ceremony & Reception Sites Our 4 acres provide enough space for both your ceremony and reception. This means no traveling between spaces for you and your guests! The outdoor gardens create both a breathtaking backdrop for your vows and a reception under the stars (and our Edison bulbs)! Getting-Ready Suites Our farmhouse features two getting-ready suites that allow your wedding party to get ready with plenty of space. With several windows and updated features, the two suites also provide great backdrops for portraits and other photos. Event Coordinator Also included at our venue is an on-site coordinator. Your coordinator does more than simply watch over things from a venue perspective. She also has three planning meetings with you leading up to your wedding to go over decor, vendors, timeline, ceremony, and music. She will be present at your rehearsal and be in charge of running your wedding, making sure everything goes smoothly. At Four Oaks Manor, our objective is to produce seamless events that transform your visions into reality. Your coordinator at Four Oaks Manor is essential to this role and will strive to exceed your expectations so you don’t have to worry about a single thing! Tables & Chairs No need to find a rental company for your wedding! Whether you want rectangular or round tables with linens, or even farmhouse tables for your sweetheart or head tables, we’ve got you covered! We also have enough to cover both the ceremony and reception sites, which means there is no need to flip the space during the cocktail hour. Your guests can go straight from the ceremony to the reception area to enjoy drinks, appetizers, and the remainder of the reception. Linens We also provide all the linens needed for your reception decor, including black and white tablecloths, a wide range of table runners of various colors and textures, and several napkin options to choose from. Check out our Pinterest page to see how previous couples have combined linens to fit their style and vision! Altar & Table Decor If you want to save some money, not have to worry about transporting and setting up all your decor, or both, then we may be the place for you! Not only do you not have to assign friends and family to set up for your wedding, but since Four Oaks offers several decor options, you don’t have to find and source your own centerpieces, aisle decor, table numbers, and more! We also have several faux greenery options for the altar that are already included in our pricing. Some brides still want their florist to design the altar decor. Some prefer to save their money and use it elsewhere, while others want to use some of our greenery and have the florist add their own touches. Whatever you want, we can make it work! Catering If there is one compliment we hear from wedding guests again and again, it is how good our food actually is. You don’t have to settle for below-average wedding food! Our catering services provide tea, water, and lemonade for drinks, and several options for both appetizers and menu packages. Chef Craig has been with us for over 10 years now and has an extensive menu for you to choose from! Some options include beef tenderloin, flank steak, salmon, chicken pasta, pork tenderloin, and more. Cake Cutting Don’t worry - we don’t nickel and dime you by charging a cake-cutting fee. Whatever dessert you bring, our team takes care of cutting the entire cake, as well as providing the plates, utensils, and cake stands. Whether you’re serving just a wedding cake or you’re choosing to offer a full dessert bar, we’ll take care of it all throughout the night! Full and Exclusive Access We don’t host more than one event per day at our venue, meaning you won’t have to worry about sharing space with strangers! The venue is for you and your guests. Our base pricing includes 4 hours for your wedding and reception, along with 4 hours to come in early to get ready and/or take photos. You can add time to your wedding if you want the party to last longer, and if you do so, you get complimentary getting-ready hours to go along with it. So if you choose to have a 5-hour wedding, you get 5 hours leading up to your wedding to use for getting ready, giving you a total of 10 hours. Or, if you don’t want a longer wedding but need more getting ready time, you can also add extra hours upon request. 30-Minute Rehearsal Also included at our venue is a 30-minute rehearsal where you drop off any supplies you’re bringing for your wedding, and then your on-site coordinator will walk through the ceremony along with the processional and recessional. Since we often have weddings on consecutive days, your rehearsal may need to be scheduled around other scheduled events. This means you might have to have your rehearsal earlier in the day or week. Your coordinator will schedule a rehearsal time with you and talk with you through this if necessary. Setup & Cleanup We have already hinted at this, but our staff does all the setup and cleanup. No more assigning wedding party or family members to set up tables or chairs! We do it all, including the extra decor you bring to the venue. At the end of the night, our staff will also clean up and put away the tables and chairs and gather up any decor you brought, sending it home with you at the end of the night. The only things you and your wedding party and family are responsible for are your personal items. It’s that simple! This is simply an overview of what is included when you book our venue. If you are interested in learning more about what we provide or want to see our gardens in person, please reach out to schedule a tour!
