Here at Four Oaks Manor, our priority is your loyalty. We aim to exceed your expectations. Our objective is to produce seamless events that transform your visions into reality while guiding you through the entire event planning process.

That’s why we handle the set-up and breakdown of your wedding for you. You’ve done so much work and planning to make your wedding vision a reality. Now that your big day is here, we don’t want you to spend it setting up.
What Happens During Set-up?
When you book with Four Oaks, you’ll be assigned a wedding coordinator who will have three planning meetings with you discussing all the details surrounding your wedding: decorations, centerpieces, timelines, etc. She will take care of figuring out how you want your wedding to look and what needs to be done to set everything up the way you picture it.

Leading up to your wedding, your coordinator will send you a checklist of everything you’ll need to bring to your rehearsal. This will include everything from your marriage license to guest book items. The rehearsal checklist is designed to help keep you organized and make the last few days leading up to your wedding less stressful.

On the day of your wedding, while you and your wedding party relax in our bridal suite getting ready and drinking mimosas, a set-up coordinator will take care of setting up your entire wedding. Your set-up coordinator and your wedding coordinator work closely together to make sure they are clear on everything that needs to be done exactly how you picture it.

The Breakdown Process
At the end of the night, after everyone has danced their hearts out and you’ve done your grand exit, our staff will break down the entire ceremony and reception areas for you. The only things you and your wedding party need to pack up are any personal items in our getting-ready spaces. Once everything is broken down and packed up, your wedding coordinator will load everything in the designated car, whether it’s yours or a family member’s. And that’s it! You get to drive off into the night celebrating your new marriage.

Your wedding day should be as relaxing as possible. You’re getting married! Enjoy soaking the day up rather than worrying about who will place napkins, set up the dessert table, or put up chairs at the ceremony area.
